Morris County School of Technology - Denville, NJ

Design of a new 32,000 sq.ft. addition and 25,000 sq.ft. of renovations to the existing campus. The addition is currently under design and the project A/E team will be seeking a LEED Silver certified rating. Total project cost is estimated at $9.0 million.

Montclair State University Child Development Center - Upper Montclair, NJ

Design of a new 21,500 sq.ft. child development center. The school is currently under design and the project A/E team will be seeking a LEED certified rating. Total project cost is estimated at $4.0 million.

Colts Neck Elementary School - Colts Neck, NJ

Mechanical/Electrical design of a new 90,000 sq.ft. K thru 2 elementary school. Total project cost was $12.5 million.

Millburn School District - Millburn, NJ

Responsible for the Mechanical/Electrical design for the renovations and additions to six (6) of the district's elementary schools (Deerfield, Wyoming, South Mountain, Hartshorn & Glenwood) and the Millburn High School. Total project cost is estimated at $13.0 million.

Melvin H. Kreps Middle School - East Windsor, NJ

Mechanical/Electrical design for 58,500 sq. ft. of renovations and new additions, including a gymnasium, classroom wing and auditorium, totaling 47,500 sq. ft. Total project is estimated at $18.0 million

Hightstown High School - East Windsor, NJ

Mechanical/Electrical design for 33,000 sq.ft. of renovations and a new classroom wing addition of 30,000 sq.ft. Total project is estimated at $14.0 million

Readington Township School District - Readington Twp, NJ

Mechanical/Electrical design for renovations to the Holland Brook School and the design of electrical infrastructure modifications to the Readington Twp. Middle School.

Bais Hillel Yeshiva - Jersey City, NJ

Designed the Mechanical/Electrical systems for a new 3-story, 65,000 sq. ft. private school. Total project cost is estimated at $7.8 million.

Wilbur Watts Intermediate School - Burlington City, NJ

Mechanical/Electrical design for a new 92,000 sq.ft. for a new middle school. Total project is estimated at $13.0 million

Mendham Township High School - Mendham, NJ

Designed the Mechanical/Electrical systems for a new music instruction wing. Total project cost was $2.1 million.

Parsippany Central Middle School - Parsippany, NJ

Replacement/modernization to the existing boiler plant, as well as, modifications to the cafeteria.
